SOLAR + SELF CONSUMPTION BATTERY

Solar panels and self consumption batteries are the minimum a California homeowner needs under NEM 3. Solar generates power for your home and stores the extra energy in a self consumption battery, providing power you need during expensive peak time of use, and reducing how much power you need from the utility. You'll still pay the utility for any energy used beyond what your solar and battery provides, typically from November through February. You will not have backup power during a power outage.

SOLAR + FULL BACK UP BATTERY

Solar panels and full back up batteries are a complete system for California homeowners under NEM 3. Solar generates power for your home and stores the extra energy in the back up battery that can switch to self consumption mode and provides power you need during expensive peak time of use. If ever the power goes out, your back up battery will kick in to provide power to your home's essential loads. You pay the utility for any energy used beyond your solar system and battery, typically from November through February.

NON EXPORTING SYSTEMS FOR NEM 1 OR 2

If you already have Solar on your rooftop and you're experiencing a High True Up ($3000+) per year, installing a non exporting system will help to eliminate that true up and keep you in NEM 1 or 2. Let's meet to discuss this option for your home here in California. These systems must be purchased with cash or financing. Approved utilities are PG&E, SCE and SDG&E.
